PAPERWORK TURN IN/EQUIPMENT HAND OUT
On Saturday July 23, 2016 is when you will be turning in all the MANDATORY paper work for you athlete to be able to receive their equipment.
- RAFFLE TICKETS… All must be sold. This is the only MANDATORY fundraiser. No exceptions.
- POP WARNER PHYSICAL… Pop Warner Physicals will only be accepted on the 2016 Pop Warner Physical form. No other forms will be accepted.
- REPORT CARD…A copy of the athletes complete report card with all 4 quarters on it. (middle school athletes, you can hand in an official transcript) No others will be accepted.
- Concessions is asking for a donation of a 12 pack of pop (Pepsi products) or a case of pop.
Please make sure if your athlete did not play the 2015 season, you will need to hand in a copy of your childs birth certificate. There will be a $20.00 late fee for all late paper work.

KOUGAR FOOTBALL YOUTH CAMP
KVHS is holding a youth football camp. It is taking place on July 25th-27th from 9am-10:30am. All Football players ages 8-13 are invited. $50.00 registration fee with the campers receiving a camp T-shirt. FLAG FOOTBALL 2016
Registration will be held on 2/20, 3/19, 4/9 at regular registration. Flag football will be on Saturdays starting April 23, 2016-May 14, 2016. The athletes will have one hour of practice, then one hour of game. Cost of Flag Football is $20.00 with no t-shirt. Flag football will be taking place at the KVMS from 9am-11am. ***This camp is open to athletes 5-15 years of age.
FOOTBALL COMBINE/SKILLS CAMP 2016
This year KVPW will be hosting a Combine/Skills camp. Registration for this camp will be at all registrations. The camp will run from June 6, 2016- June 17, 2016. Monday-Friday from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The cost of this camp is $50.00 per child. All participants will receive a t-shirt at the end of the camp. ***This camp is open to athletes 5-15 years of age.

JUNE CHEER CAMP 2016
Registration for the June Cheer camp will be at all registrations. The camp will run from June 13, 2016-June 17, 2016. Monday -Friday from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The cost of this camp is $35.00 per child. All participants will receive a t-shirt at the end of the camp. ***This camp is open to athletes 5-15 years of age.

INCLIMATE WEATHER/SEVRE WEATHER: The following is Pop Warner Policy…
If lightening is within 5 miles, the game or practice should be suspended and shelter sought out. Games and / or practices may resume 30 min after the last lightning strike within 5 miles. Parents, you need to stick around at practice if severe weather is rolling in!
KVPW Football parents…There is to be NO parking on the frontage road or in the gravel parking lot on the North side of the school. You need to park in the lot on the North end of the school. If that is full, there is a lot on the South end of the school. This is the rules of the school corporation.
The May board meeting is cancelled due to scheduling issues.
